Blackberry popsicles

It’s dog days of summer and we all crave for some yummy popsicles. Today I am going to tell you how to make healthy and tasty blackberry popsicles. Before we talk about the recipe let me tell you the health benefits of blackberry. Blackberry is an amazing brain health booster. It is super rich in fiber. It contains a good amount of vitamin C which is very good for skin .So lets get started with the recipe.


1 1/2 cup fresh blackberries

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons sugar

400 gram condensed milk

Preparation method:

Rinse the blackberries well and pat them dry. Now place them in a huge bowl. Add lemon juice, sugar and condensed milk. Now make a thick paste of it like a smoothie using a mixer grinder. Place them in popsicle molds , add sticks and freeze them for 2-4 hours.
